How to Select Between and Properly Use Waist Snatchers

It should be worn for cardio (no core-abdominal exercises) or casual activities only, such as lounging around in your home. 3. Do not wear it when you plan to do ab work at the gym or during your workout. It restricts your core from moving, which is important to get the best results. Initially upon arrival, wear it for one hour and build up over time up to eight hours. 5. Try to wear it over a tank top to avoid material on skin.
