Since 2003, I’ve provided Coaching & Counseling Services. My sole focus has been to motivate people like you to establish goals in various compartments of your life, become accountable to yourself and push through life's turbulence to be GREAT!

My services have been tailored over the years to work in the Youth, Relationships & Health arena, as these areas are my passion.

My background with Youth Services stems from my work in K-12 schools, Juvenile Correctional Facilities, Community Based programs and Workshops for Transitional Aged Youth. Currently, Workshops are provided to youth 16-24 years of age. My goal with this population is to increase Confidence and teach Living Skills to help them transition successfully into adulthood. My PreMarital Foundations Program was developed from my desire to provide REAL discussions around topics of expectations in a relationship, communication skills and most importantly, TRANSPARENCY. Providing Services for over 13 years

Clinical Psychologist & Coach

Since 2003, I have provided individual, family and group counseling and coaching services to teens, adults, families and couples.
Settings included: Juvenile Correctional Facilities (halls, camps and home based); School Based Mental Health; Victims of Crime Programs; Outpatient Clinics and Private Practice office.

Educator Professor

Since 2005, I have taught in various Counseling, Forensic and Human Services Undergraduate, Masters & Doctoral Psychology Programs in Northern and Southern California. I take great pride in integrating Cultural Diversity with each course and group of students to ensure implementation of great clinical services.

Wellness Coach

Basketball, Track & Field and Cheerleading became part of my routine from 7 years of age into adulthood. I also chose to focus on understanding the importance of Nutrition, Physical Health & Mental Health. I have integrated my Psychology Expertise with Adult Sports (e.g. Ladies Arena Football) and become a Herbalife Wellness Coach & Independent Distributor.
