Tips For Dining and Keeping that Flat Tummy

"Drink 1 cup of hot water with fresh squeezed lemons" Rationale: Decreases bloating after your meals. 

"Make sure to eat AND talk to people who you are dining with"

Rationale: Talking allows you to take breaks in between each bite. This also decreases your eating pace that also prevents possible over eating so that you learn how to listen to when your body is done. 

"Eat until Satisfied and NOT until Full" Rationale: Your body knows when it's full. You do not have to eat everything on your plate. Request a to go box. You know you has eaten too much when you feel like you can't breathe! Some of you know exactly what I'm referring to! 

"Order and share an appetizer" Rationale: You want to prevent becoming so full that you do not eat your real meal. Enjoy what you came there for. Try to avoid eating the entire basket of bread! Questions of the Day: What obstacles do you run into when Dining out? Do you know your limits? What stops you from eating healthy?
