80/20 Nutrition Tips

Never underestimate the power of consuming the correct amount of nutritional products. Adding exercise to your daily routine will

Only enhance your results. However, if you do not eat the correct items, working out won't mean much.

* Consume 64oz to 1 gallon of water per day

* Consume 3 meals (breakfast lunch and dinner)

* Consume 2-3 snacks between meals

* Do not consume fruit before bedtime. It will sit there and quickly convert into fat.

* Make sure your meals include Protein, Veges (prefer green) and 1 cup of a Complex Carb (brown rice, quinoa).

* If you do meal replacements, be sure to the calories, sugar and carbs on the nutritional label. Not all protein shakes are meant to help lose weight. Some will make you bulky (ladies).

Exercise

* At least 3-4 times a week

* 30 minutes minimum

* Can include walking, sprints, aerobics or cardio

* Please beware of lifting weights if your goal is to lose weight. You may not understand how your body works and may add muscle on TOP of FAT.
