Over the years I have fell more in love with seafood, especially Salmon. After researching the benefits and speaking with my medical Providers, before and during pregnancy, it appears to be one of the best meats in the seafood family for the follow reasons: 1. Great source of protein to meet your daily consumption for a healthy diet. 2. Contains high B12 and D Vitamin nutrients 3. For mommies to me like me, DHA!!! Brain development! 4. Great source of potassium 5. Rich in Omega 3 Fatty Acids 6.
