  1. Eat breakfast daily. Don’t miss a meal. Your body will begin to train your brain to store away food as fat if it believes you are attempting to starve your body.

  2. Drink hot water and add 1-2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in the morning and in the evening. It helps cleanse your body to ensure your digestive track looks and operates great.

  3. Drink hot water and lemon or eat a small salad or cup of soup before lunch or dinner. It will assist with eating your main course to satisfaction, not fullness.

  4. Put your utensil down as you chew your food. Become mindful of your eating habits. We tend to just stick food in our mouth and are usually not chewing the bite we took before.

  5. Incorporate an ab workout at least 2-3 times a week. Ensure that you research the correct body position to decrease the likelihood of hurting your neck and back. Exercises can be found on instagram, google etc.

  6. Hydrate your body. Drink at minimum 64 ounces of water, 1 gallon if you want to challenge your core to get rid of the waste You have built up inside.

  7. After your workout, do 5 mins of high intensity interval training to push your body to increase its level of fitness. For example, complete 20 second sprints then walk 10 seconds, totaling 3-5 mins after your workout on the treadmill.

  8. Add a plank or two to your workout. On your elbows or hands. Even a star plank is fun. Challenge your core to hold its position for 30-60 seconds. This can be something done before bedtime.

  9. Decrease the carb intake of bread. If you must, eat only 1 serving a day. Such as 1-6 inch subway sandwich; 1 bagel; 2 slices of bread for a sandwich etc. Also select whole wheat bread.

  10. Eat or drink fiber. Add this to each meal to ensure your body can also boost its metabolism and get rid of unnecessary waste internally throughout the day. Besides, who wants to be backed up, bloated and too full to move after a meal.

I hope that these TIPS will help you become more mindful of how we train our Waistline to become Snatched if we treat it Right!
