The four steps to baggage clearance freedom * Transparency is Key * Awareness is Existence * Understanding is Knowledge * Implementation is Competency Introduction The purpose of this series is to help individuals identify what "baggage" they bring into relationships. Relationships can be defined as family, peers, partners and colleagues. Baggage can be described as anything or anyone that has created a positive or negative memory for a person's life story. As a devoted believer to "Working through the process" as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Relationship Coach, it is vitally important that individuals become aware of how their "baggage" impacts interpersonal relationships.I often wonder if people took the time to clean out their baggage in between relationships, would there be an astounding increase of interpersonal relationships success? Would individuals possess the tools to become aware of the mere existence of their baggage and identify the size and the quantity of their bags? In addition, some may experience impeccable growth within interpersonal relationships, demonstrated through their ability to trust and communicate effectively with others.

The structure of the series workbook is to get you to identify significant events that have contributed to the development of your baggage. The exercises are also intended to increase your awareness of how your baggage has impacted not only current, but previous relationships and those around you. Remember, it's not where you've been, it's where you want to go. Baggage represents the vehicle that drives our future. Now I ask you, would you like your vehicle to break down multiple times or would you like to get awesome tune up and help it run forever?
