1. Wake up with purpose! 2. Eat within 60 minutes of waking up 3. Eat every 3 to 4 hours. You have to refuel your mind and body. 4. Make a task list that would include family activities, self-care and success mastery! 5. Make realistic items to complete on your task list. 6. Make sure to observe others around you throughout your day. Your surroundings will tell you if you are neglecting areas of your life while focusing on one area. For example, your children may constantly ask you to come out of the office and watch them play, eat with them, etc. 7. Make sure to schedule breaks throughout your day to increase the efficiency of mental effort when working. 8. Schedule time to cook lunch and/or dinner 9. Sit down and eat with the people in your home and talk. 10. Never underestimate the power of being grateful for every task that you have completed throughout the day. 11. At the end of the day, summarize and write down everything you accomplished. Do not overlook simple task such as watching your children color in the coloring book for 15 minutes. 12. Do not be hard on yourself if all of your tasks are not completed. Learn how to prioritize your task the following day and reward yourself with a positive affirmation such as "even though I was unable to complete all the tasks, I was able to spend time with my kids and get three important things completed."
